The 2nd Annual Chili Cook Off
By order of the Council of Spice, another successful Chili Cook-Off was had. While the competition was stiff, each cooking group emerged as a victor. The Council of Spice judged the chilis without prejudice and determined the fate for Meatiest Chili, Most Colorful Chili, Most Charming Chili Server, Most Fanciful Vegetable Chili, Spiciest Chili, The Most Musically Producing, and, of course, the Number One Chili!
The cook-off was not only a great reason to come together and have fun but also an opportunity for us to welcome and acknowledge some new community assistants to L’Arche Homefires. Thank you to everyone who participated, and congratulations to all the winners! The judges, contestants, and attendees went home with full bellies and some feedback to consider for the 2024 competition.
