• Hourly rate for businesses and individuals: $45/hour (minimum 3-hour rental)

• Non-profits, L’Arche Core Members or Employees: $35/hour (minimum 3-hour rental)

• Daily rate for businesses and individuals (max 8 hours): $300

• Daily rate for non-profits, L’Arche Core Members, employees (max 8 hours): $225

• Kitchen (use of kitchen in addition to rental fee): +$50
